How reviews work
Every review here is 15 seconds of one person on camera. This page lists what can and cannot happen to it.
One take. No edits.
Every Shpeel is recorded in the app, in one go, up to 15 seconds. No gallery uploads, no cuts, no filters, no AI. What you see is what the person recorded.
From people who went.
Reviews come from visitors: people who went, tried or bought something and wanted to say so. A Shpeel isn’t a verified purchase unless it says so. When the app confirms the person was there, it shows “Filmed on site”.
Owners reply. They never edit or hide.
Whoever claims a page can reply and choose where its button goes (Book, Buy, Request, Go). They can’t delete, hide, reorder or change anyone’s rating, and paying doesn’t change that.
One order for everyone.
A page’s Shpeels show newest first, the same for everybody. The owner’s own Shpeels carry an “Owner” tag and are never pinned on top.
Averages only from 3 ratings.
One or two ratings don’t make an average. A page only shows its stars once it has at least 3 rated reviews.
