I’m here.Who’s up?
A Connect Shpeel is a plan you say on camera: where you are, what you want to do, and how many more people you need. People near you ask to come, and the group decides.

For example
“I’m at the padel courts in Campo de Ourique.Seven o’clock, two courts.I need two more.”
Fifteen seconds, one take, your face. The app writes out what you said, so people can read it before they play it.
From a plan to a group

You say it
Record your plan. Choose how many people, up to eight with you, and when it ends, up to three days ahead.

They ask to come
People within 5 km, and anyone who follows you, see your plan. To ask, they record a few seconds of their own.

The group decides
Everyone already in says yes or no. It takes every yes. Once you’re in, you get the exact spot and a group thread.
The rules
- Up to 8 people
- You choose the size, from two to eight, you included.
- Within 5 km
- Plus anyone who follows you, wherever they are.
- Up to 3 days ahead
- A plan ends when you said it would, and leaves everyone’s list.
- One no is enough
- A request needs a yes from everyone already in. One no closes it, and nobody learns who said it.
- Requests last 12 hours
- Or until the plan starts, whichever comes first.
Your intro, once
The first time you ask to join anything, you record fifteen seconds about yourself. Only the people deciding on you see it. It never shows in the feed, on your profile or in search.
Connect is 18 and over. It asks for your date of birth the first time you open it, and nobody sees it.

What we do with where you are
- Strangers see an area
- They see the neighbourhood and a distance rounded to 100 metres. The exact spot appears once you’re in the group.
- It goes when you go
- Delete your account and your plans, your intro, your requests and your messages go with it.
We check a phone number and the video you record of yourself, nothing more. Meet somewhere public, tell a friend where you’re going, and leave if it feels wrong. The terms say the same.
