Delete your account.

In the app

Open the You tab, tap the gear, then Delete account. It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email hey@shpeel.me with the phone number on your account. We text a code to that number to make sure the account is yours, and delete it within 30 days of your reply — usually the same day.

What goes

• Your Shpeels, and their video files, deleted from storage
• Your name, phone number, date of birth and payout email
• Your Connect plans, including where they were posted, and everything said in them
• Your fifteen seconds about yourself, your requests to join, and your messages
• Who you follow, who follows you, your list, your likes and your claims

What the law makes us keep

• Records of payments, orders and payouts, for as long as Portuguese tax law requires
• Anonymous viewing statistics, with nothing left that links them to you

Want only some of it gone — one Shpeel, one plan? Delete it in the app, or ask us. The privacy policy has the rest.
